A 35 years old Balinese woman in second pregnancy, DOB: 23-02-1971.
She referred by Obstetrician to hospital at 20-02-2007 due to hydrops fetalis.
Need further investigation.
Fetal with meconeal peritonitis based on fetal scan were finding such as:
Echogenic bowel,Ascites, Polihydramnios.

The 6 times serial amnioreductions and 3 times fetal abdominocentesis were performed.
Amniocentesis:chromosome results was 46 XY.
Culture results of amnion fluid and fetal ascites fluid were sterile.
17/06/2007: Spontaneous labor. Baby was delivered by vacum extraction due to uneffective pushing.
The baby was born vigorous, 3300 grams; BL: 52 cm; HC: 35 cm; TC: 34 cm; AC:33 cm ;
APGAR score 1’:8 & 5’: 10.
Currently, baby healty no any abnormality detected.
